1. How to Launch Excel?
On Windows:

- Type “Excel” in the search bar.

On Mac:
- Open Launchpad.

2. Basic Excel Interface
When you open Excel, you will see the following:
- Ribbon Menu: The toolbar at the top with formulas, charts, data options, etc.
- Workbook: Your entire Excel file.
- Worksheet: A table-like page where you can enter data.
- Cells: Small boxes where you can type text, numbers, formulas, etc
3. How to Create a New Excel File?
- Open Excel.
- Click on Blank Workbook.
- Now, you can start entering data into your sheet.
4. How to Enter Data in a Cell?
- Click on any cell (e.g., A1, B2).
- Type text or numbers using your keyboard.
- Press Enter to confirm.
5. How to Save an Excel File?
- Go to File > Save As.
- Enter your file name.
- Choose your preferred location to save (Desktop, Documents, or OneDrive).
